Hi, i’m from South Africa and at this moment I have such an enormous headache. I’m sure my head inside is like the red queen ?. I’ve tried our lottery even some UK lotteries but to no avail. Desperation has sent me to search any ways of making money… My daughters and I live on less than $7 a week per person and I’m in dire straits. ? lying here i’m just envisioning suicide as my daughters hope slowly fades. They had dreams to study but I’ve no money to allow them even that ?. As I can’t even afford blood tests for my diabetes or check up my hbp and just about afford meds for my agoraphobia and cervical and lumbar spondylosis… I go when I can.
I finally afforded a pair of specs after 10 years.. I tried for welfare help at a place called SASSA in South Africa but they turned me down. Yet my own doctor of 15 years finds me needing help.. I don’t believe in praying for money as I think its not a good prayer. I just hope GOD understands because now I pray to be more intelligent and wise and recently prayed “luck” runs our way to make living better.

Thinking suicidal thoughts will not help you or your daughters, you have to be strong for their sake. We all love our family and wish that we could provide more for them. However, circumstances sometimes stop us from doing the things that we really wish we could do. Personally I don’t think the lottery is the answer to your problems either.
Whilst it’s true that you need to play the lottery in order to stand a chance at winning. It’s also true that the chances of winning any lottery are extremely slim! Being on such a low income, I wouldn’t recommend gambling and that’s exactly what the lottery is.

It has been hard for me to earn a living over the years. My life has been full of hard labor and suffering. After I lost my parents I had to work for myself and try to earn a living. Although you will see many lottery systems online that claim to have the solution, many of them are just scams, none are accurate. There is no system or method for predicting the lottery that could ever be completely accurate, it’s just impossible. If you need to sort out debt problems, the lottery is a long shot.

Hi Hailey. Thanks for your comments on this article. I think you are right that winning the lottery comes down to luck. But then there are plenty of people that would disagree with you. Writing this article was really interesting and I didn’t really know that there were quite so many different beliefs and processes that people follow when choosing lottery numbers.
Some people chase systems and methods, believing that it all comes down to a mathematical equation. But one of the most interesting methods that I discovered whilst researching this article was the law of attraction. If you have never heard of the law of attraction, then I highly recommend that you look into it. Basically, this is where a person believes so vividly that they already have something that they manifest it in real life. I know it might sound like a bit strange at first, but after reading about it I think there may be something in it.
At the end of the day I think it’s good to have a dream, be it the lottery or something else, life would be boring without something to dream about. Wouldn’t it?

The so called “Delta” system has been around for decades and is utterly worthless, but …
It gives the serious lottery player something to do, something to fiddle with … and, the player could just happen to contrive a winning combination, but the player’s chances, the probability, remains the same.
The quantity of chances purchased determines the adjustment of probability, not the method of selecting numbers.
In any lottery drawing, it is extremely rare for the winning numbers to be drawn in a sequence of the lowest-to-highest number, but the “”Delta” system requires the player to rearrange the numbers in ascending numeric order. All so-called spacing between numbers is lost/disregarded.
Some people regard the ball numbers as having some special property where the balls have some internal awareness of sequence. Numbers are just nouns.
Numbers are merely the means of identifying one ball from another. Instead of numbers, they could be identified by arbitrary nouns, like house, tree, flashlight, cat, bell, lemon, etc,
There is no more “spacing” between numbers than there is a certain quantity of spaces between house, tree, flashlight, cat, and any other identifier.
Lotteries are games of chance; and the odds are outrageous.
Just a final closing point:
i notice that you suggest that lottery players should avoid number combinations where there is the possibility that a winning jackpot will have to be shared among other winners such as in a lottery pool.
Regardless whether it’s a third share or, as per your extreme example, one two-thousandth share …
A piece of the pie is much better than no pie at all.

I totally agree that the Delta system does indeed give the player a method to use and something to use as a tool for selecting numbers. The only problem that I have with any lottery system is the hype that goes with it. So many lottery systems claim outrageous winning potential and charge the earth for their system. I would personally much prefer to see a lottery system that at least told you the facts. The delta system is much like any other method for choosing numbers, its just a process of choosing. As you say, the odds remain the same.
And yes, I also agree that a small slice of the pie is better than none at all. These days it would seem that I can’t even get the odd crumb!

Very interesting information on the lottery and the delta system Andrew. Its strange that years ago when the lottery was first launched we used to have a major 1st prize winner most weeks in the UK lottery but now how come it can roll over weeks on end? Just like the euro lottery weeks on end with no winners? A good friend of mine came to the ultimate conclusion that the computers pick out the numbers that have not been chosen believe it or not it does make sense that many people now believe this is what is happening as the odds that there can be no 1st prize winners for weeks is unbelievable.
Just like one state lottery in the USA (which I forget which state it is now) but they have not had a 1st prize winner for months! Another computer picking numbers that have not been selected by the consumers so again a roll over lottery.
I now do not even play the lottery like many others due to the facet its possibly rigged for sure.

There are lots of people out there with exactly the same opinion. The theory that the lottery numbers are chosen from selections of numbers that have not been chosen makes perfect sense actually and again you certainly aren’t alone in considering this. The more a lottery rolls over onto the following week the more players buy a ticket for a chance to win really big.
There have been many claims of the lottery being fixed and I have to admit that it does look very odd, especially when you watch some of the YouTube videos that keep showing up. Have you seen the Serbian lottery video? You can see it here. I don’t know how such a thing as the lottery could be fixed on such a massive scale and I really hope that it’s not. However it is hard to think otherwise when you add up many of the strange things that have occurred over the past couple of years.

I’m new to the law of attraction really and although it might have been in my life all along I’m only just finding out about it. Interesting read. Have you ever seen that video that’s been floating around on youtube and facebook of the Serbian lottery where one of the numbers is displayed before the ball has even come out? I mean ok, it could just be coincidence but what are the chances. After I saw that, it had me wondering how random these numbers actually are.

There is simply no other explanation in my opinion that the Serbian Lottery appeared to be fixed, at least on that occasion anyway. Like you say, it does make you wonder!
I stopped playing the lottery because winning the grand prize is so unreachable.
I have a better chance of getting struck by lightning on different occasions then winning as you have said in this article.
All those people that are trying to win are just funding these lotteries not knowing the odds are stacked so far against them.

For me playing the lottery is just a bit of fun that has a minute chance of paying out big. I don’t really see playing the lottery as being a serious gamble like going to the bookies and placing a bet on a sporting event. Most people that gamble spend quite a lot more money than I do on the lottery so I don’t really see it as much of a loss. On the other hand I do understand why people don’t play the lottery though. The odds of winning are quite crazy, although someone has to win!

Hi Simon. Thanks for visiting my site. You are quite right, like any form of gambling there are always risks. With the lottery the odds are tremendously stacked against you. It is that very reason that I don’t play often, but since its a very low cost gamble I do play a couple of times a month, because you never know when you might just get lucky!
On the business side of things I don’t like to take too many risks at all! In answer to your question, I have been working online now for about 6 years and it took me the best part of a year to make any money in the beginning. On saying that, like many people I really didn’t know what I was doing and there was a lot of trial and error. In the first year I didn’t make a lot, but in the second year things started to take off. Quite right Subra, I’m sure there are many things that the lottery organizers do to try and limit the repetition of stats. However, I thought pretty much the same thing whilst watching the video for the Delta system. That’s why I decided to take a look at the latest lottery results to see if there could possibly be any truth in what they were saying. The results that you see on this page are totally genuine and can be verified. I don’t think that these results alone could help you a great deal in choosing winning numbers. But never the less I do think the results were interesting and who knows, perhaps these techniques might be more profitable that you think!
