Big Spot is a survey website that claims to pay you for your opinion. Joining BigSpot.com is completely free and so it would seem appealing to many people looking to make a little extra money online. But is this website all it claims to be? And can you really make good money simply by answering a few questions?
Well, after doing a little research it would seem that there is more to Big Spot than meets the eye. And there are certainly a few negative opinions of the Big Spot website too.
The facts about online survey sites
It’s a fact that a lot of survey sites are total scams. In fact, most of the legit survey sites pay very little in terms of your time spent completing them. Most survey sites are looking for very specific people to answer their questions, although they don’t always tell you this. And it would appear that this is the first thing that people tend to find when joining Big Spot.
Each survey that you complete from BigSpot.com requires you to “qualify” to answer the questions in the first place. Unfortunately, qualifying to take a survey might take quite a bit of time. And there is a reason for this. Like many survey websites, Big Spot take your personal information and pass it on to other companies. This is one way that they make money for themselves, whilst you make nothing.
The Truth About BigSpot.com
The truth about Big Spot is that they don’t actually supply you with any surveys directly. Instead, they direct you to other websites whilst gathering your details. Depending on where you live in the world, Big Spot will give you several options to sign up with other survey companies. They do this because they actually get paid for doing so.
Does Big Spot Actually Pay You?
The simple answer to this is NO! Bigspot.com do not pay you for completing online surveys, they just send you to other survey sites. You may have a good experience with the sites that Big Spot recommends. But on the other hand, you might not!
It all depends if you fit the criteria that the particular survey site is looking for. You could well fit with what these guys are looking for or you may end up wasting a lot of time. But don’t take my word for it. Take a look at some Bigspot.com reviews from other members.

Big Spot does not ask for any money from you, but they are making money from you by selling your information. After gathering your personal details, Big Spot will use your info wherever possible to try and make more money. If you join this site you will no doubt start to see a lot of adverts targeted to your circumstances.
Big Spot is affiliated with many other sites and gets paid to refer as many people as possible. Is Big Spot a scam? Well, you may well make a little money as a result of joining this site, so it can’t be classed as a total scam. However, going on our research and the reviews that you have seen above, you could well waste a lot of your time for nothing with this site.
Bigspot Review Conclusion
After taking a look at Big Spot I would conclude that there are far better ways to spend your time if you want to earn money online. Although BigSpot doesn’t directly pay you, they do get paid for your efforts.
And it seems that the creators of this website have another site that works in exactly the same way. Survey Say is another website that is an exact duplicate of Big Spot. It seems that these guys have found a winning formula for making themselves money, whilst you waste your time trying to qualify for surveys that will pay you next to nothing.
Is there a better way than online surveys to make money online?
If you are really serious about earning money online, then I would suggest avoiding online surveys. Generally speaking, you will waste a lot of time trying to qualify for surveys that will pay you very little in the end. Thank you for the information that bigspot is a scam. I have tried other serveys and never made a dime. I sure would love to find a legit money making job online because I stay at home to take care of my elderly and disabled Mother. Is there legitimate work at home jobs on the internet? That’s crazy. There are so many survey sites that do earn you a few dollars here and there.
BigSpot is garbage for selling other people’s information like that without them getting anything in return. Regardless, surveys do only earn you a few dollars even if they are legit. Affiliate marketing is the best way to earn extra money online! It’s definitely worth saving the headache of doing hundreds of surveys and just learning how to monetize a blog or website. Hey! Thank you for posting your thoughts on this post. You are right, there are a lot of survey websites out there but even the legit ones offer very little in the way of payment. A few dollars is all you get in the best case scenario. The majority of survey sites are scams in some way. Lots of sites pay a little at first and then stop paying later on. Some survey sites offer huge payouts that are simply impossible to reach. Its a real shame that you really don’t know who you can trust these days.
With regards to affiliate marketing, there are other ways to make really good money online, but in my opinion I do agree that affiliate marketing is one of the best.

This has been a been a really useful review for me. I’ll be taking a look at the Wealthy Affiliate website but I’m still tempted to look at Big Spot too. Is there any chance that Big Spot might have improved?
My goal here is to present the facts at the time of writing and to give you an alternative that genuinely works. There isn’t a great deal out there that offers what Wealthy Affiliate does, so that’s why I recommend it as my No.1 choice for making money online. If you want to try Big Spot, then please do so and let us know how you get on with it. I guarantee that what I say here is completely true! So, in short… I recommend Wealthy Affiliate for a very good reason and no, I don’t believe that Big Spot will ever improve.

Scam websites often use this trick. They will normally create a few identical websites with different names, so that when one is found to be a scam they have at least a couple more sites to keep the scam going. I have seen some scams use 15 or 20 duplicate websites to do this. As one site is flagged up as being a scam site, another is created to replace it. And so the scam goes on and on…
