Fifty-News.com Review – How it works
Fifty-News.com is a site that claims to pay out money for reading the news. This is known as a PTR website or “paid to read” site. There are hundreds of these sites online and whilst most of them pay less than pennies per article read. The site claims to pay a lot more, in fact, they claim to pay between $5 and $9 per item read. The site is free to join and therefore is very tempting for anyone looking to make a bit of extra cash.
What Is Fifty News? Real Or Scam?
The site works by getting you to sign up for free and then allows you to click on links to earn cash. As claimed on the site, the amounts appear to be quite high, especially when you consider that you can earn $5 in a few seconds. All this appears almost too good to be true! And that’s because it is…
Is Fifty News A Scam?
As you can see in the image above, it appears really easy to earn multiple sums of $5. The site claim that they payout 70% of the total revenue that they make from the media. However, after doing a little research it would appear that Fifty News has never paid out a single penny as far as we can see.
The Fifty-News.com website has Google Adsense advertisements scattered throughout and this is how they make their money. Every time someone clicks on a link to earn $5 they get nothing, but if they click on a Google Adsense link the creator of this scam gets paid a small sum.
Although the amount that the creators of Fifty News will get paid is very small, these amounts can soon add up when you have a few hundred people on your site. The truth is that Fifty News is a completely fake site. It’s a scam designed to make the website owners money and nothing else. But don’t just take my word for it. Take a look at some other Fifty News reviews from other members.
What others are saying
As you can see from the above reviews, it would appear that Fifty News is a total scam. If you have had any experience with this site, you can submit your reviews in the comments section at the bottom of this page.
The Fifty News Scam – Conclusion
If you have been thinking of joining Fifty-News.com then I highly suggest that you reconsider. This site is by the same creators as Quest Of News and has many similarities. The people behind this scam want to make money from you. They will do this from Adsense advertising as well as passing your information on to other scams where they can make a commission from you. Although the system does not take any money from you, it is a massive waste of time! There are far better ways to spend your time if you really want to earn money online. If you want to see what a legitimate money-making site looks like, just read on…
Is There A Legit Way To Earn Money Online?
Fortunately, there are legitimate ways to make money online. But first of all, you need to realize that if something appears to be very easy to make money, then it generally is. Making a real income online takes a little time and effort. You need to learn how a genuine online business works and build it up from the ground up.
The process might seem a little daunting at first, but we have a suggestion that simplifies the process massively. Here at MMOZ, we recommend joining a site called Wealthy Affiliate. You can start learning and building a genuine business with this site at no cost. The website is free to join and will provide you with a ten-part video course that teaches you REAL ways to make money online. You can read more about it in our detailed review of Wealthy Affiliate.

I got to the point where I had “earned” $400, and then I tried to login and they say they have changed the website and cannot even login anymore. But if it’s all a scam so what if I can’t? How about Empowr? Do you know them?
Andrew says
Hi there Deryl. This happens quite a bit with Fifty News I think! Not sure if they have closed the doors for good or if its a temporary thing. Scams like this tend to move around and that’s quite possibly what has happened with Fifty-news.com. As for Empowr, yes I am aware of them. As far as I can tell the Empowr site is like a social media website where you can earn money. The two major complaints about Empowr is that you earn very little for what you do, very much like online survey sites. And secondly Empowr have lots of hidden charges. The really bad thing about Empowr is that you need to give access to your Paypal account so that they can take “fees” as and when they need them. I have yet to write a full review on this site, but I wouldn’t recommend it going on what I have seen.
The main recommendation on this website is Wealthy Affiliate. I recommend taking a look at this as you can get started for free. Working with WA isn’t a get rich quick scheme, but unlike many of the alternatives out there, Wealthy Affiliate delivers quality training that allows you to build a real online business. Click here to see the benefits of WA.
Hope that helps!

Ok sir
Do you know any sites where we can make real money?
Andrew says
Hi there. Sites like Fifty-news.com give the impression that its easy to make money online. One thing that you need to be clear about is the fact that it isn’t as easy as these people will have you believe. On this site at the Make Money Online Zone, we recommend starting up a small online business rather than using a service to earn money. There are very few services that actually pay any money at all for watching ads and reading news. The ones that do pay tend to pay very little and often start up and close down very quickly. Starting an online business is something that anyone can do with a little time and effort. I recommend that you take a look at Wealthy Affiliate on this websites. Wealthy Affiliate lets you get started for free and gives you everything you need to get started online. Read our full Wealthy Affiliate review here.

Please I made a mistake on my payment day, but I have corrected the mistake (I used Paypal instead of Payza). The status says it is in progress, please can you get me my pay because I know you are real.
Andrew says
Hi there. I’m very sorry but I think you really need to read my Fifty-News.com review. You will not get paid from these people and I can’t do anything about that. Nobody will be able to get your money from these guys because its a total scam. I’m sorry if that comes as a bit of a shock but Fifty News is just a waste of time.
Alexander says
I have been investigating and several say Fifty News is false. Some say that they do not pay and others that they paid 2500. I do not understand do you get paid or not? Shall I just try to run with luck and see if one is paid or not?
Andrew says
Hello Alexander. I can assure you that these people do not pay any money out to anyone. How could they possibly afford to pay you $2500 for reading a couple of lines of news? Its just not possible. You might see the odd few people online that say that they have been paid, but chances are they are part of the same scam. This method of trying to make money is simply a massive waste of time. Should you try your luck? No. Walk away from this and join a reputable website that will allow you to earn REAL money.
Saranya says
After I finished the first level of earning 50$ it’s does not allow the next level.. why?
Andrew says
Hi there Saranya. I think you need to take a close look at my review here. The Fifty-News.com is a scam website that is designed to trick you and waste your time. You won’t get paid for the time and effort that you put in because its just a big scam. Take a look at the Fifty-News.com reviews from other members and you will see what I’m talking about.
Aman says

Andrew says
Hi there Aman. Although I know there are a few people out there that say they have been paid by Fifty News, I can assure you that this is a scam. Fifty-News.com do not pay their members. It’s totally fake!
