Hi there Steve. No you don’t need any credit card details! Unlike just about every other training course out there, when Wealthy Affiliate says it’s free, it means free! The WA membership is free for as long as you need it too. You can continue with the free training and even the free websites for as long as you wish. The only catch is that you need to keep the websites active if you want to keep them. In other words Wealthy Affiliate wont host your free website if you can’t be bothered to work on it.
As you are new to internet marketing this will be the best possible start for you. Give it a try, there really is nothing to lose by at least following the ten step course for beginners.

Hi there. Yeah its a really deal to get the right information from the right place. I remember when I first started out, I actually got pretty lucky. I started off with an affiliate marketing training course that actually wasn’t bad at all. However, I then wanted a second opinion and went to what I now know was a big mistake. I wanted to learn everything about affiliate marketing and although I didn’t know it at the time I was actually learning a technique that is now classed as being rather unethical. The thing is, these methods are still being used and most of them don’t work now in the slightest. As a newcomer to affiliate marketing, things can get really confusing if you don’t listen to the right people.

Hi there. Thank you for contacting me with regards to the membership. Just to make things clear, the membership isn’t just for one week. You actually get a free membership that lasts forever. The beginners membership contains a full training course and one to one training. It’s the one to one coaching that is only available for one week. But you can stay a free member for as long as you like and take as long as you need to with the training course.
If you upgrade your membership and then later on decide that you don’t want to be a premium member, then you can still be a free member and keep the benefits of the beginners training and free websites.
With regards to your question about upgrading from free websites to paid ones… The free websites are yours for as long as you keep them up to date. The free sites have “site rubix” at the end. A premium domain name that you purchase yourself will end with dot net, dot com or if you want to follow in our footsteps you could go with a dot zone domain. Owning your own domain name just looks more professional and its an extension of yourself and your business. Free websites are a great way to get started. A premium website, costs about $15 and just looks a lot more professional and reputable.
If you decide to leave Wealthy Affiliate you will get to keep your website! The site that you create within WA, is your very own property on the web! Nobody will try to take that away from you.
